Job Description
Description We’re seeking a skilled Windows 11 Technician to deliver exceptional technical support and system optimization for our clients and internal teams. You’ll troubleshoot, configure, and maintain Windows 11 environments, ensuring seamless performance and user satisfaction. If you’re a problem-solver with a knack for cutting through technical challenges, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
+ Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues in Windows 11 environments. + Install, configure, and update Windows 11 OS and related applications. + Provide end-user support, including system setup, account management, and troubleshooting. + Optimize system performance through updates, patches, and security configurations. + Collaborate with IT teams to deploy and maintain network-integrated Windows 11 systems. + Document technical processes and maintain accurate support tickets. + Stay current on Windows 11 features, updates, and best practices.
Requirements Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of experience supporting Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11 preferred). + Strong knowledge of Windows 11 architecture, including Group Policies, Active Directory, and PowerShell. + Familiarity with troubleshooting tools (e.g., Event Viewer, Task Manager, DISM). + Experience with hardware diagnostics, drivers, and peripheral integration. + Excellent communication skills to assist non-technical users with clarity and patience. + Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365
Certified:
Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus. + Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
