Accountabilities:
- Review quotes for all CCTV installations and monthly expenses to be within the budget.
- Providing training and guidance to the users for CCTV, biometrics and other network devices.
- Coordinate with security personnel, law enforcement, and other relevant stakeholders during security incidents, ensuring that video evidence is promptly retrieved and reviewed.
- Implement and manage secure storage solutions for recorded video footage, ensuring sufficient capacity and retention according to organisational policies and legal requirements.
- Manage user access to the CCTV system.
- Promote best practices in the use of CCTV technology
