In this role, you will act as the escalation point for complex technical issues and provide advanced support to ensure seamless IT operations for our clients or internal teams. As a Level 2 Technician / RMM Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise, guidance, and support to a range of client users. This position requires in-depth knowledge of networks and fundamental knowledge of computer systems, as well as the ability to clearly communicate with various support levels, development groups, and users. From time-to-time, client site visits may be required. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve escalated hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, laptops, and related peripherals. Perform advanced troubleshooting of operating systems and software applications. Configure, install, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and security systems. Collaborate with Tier 1 support staff to identify recurring technical issues and recommend improvements. Assist with Active Directory, user account management, and group policy configuration. Ensure prompt and professional communication with users and clients, delivering top-tier customer service. Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system. Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and deployment projects. Required Qualifications Required experience in remote monitoring and management administration (RMM) Proven experience in a similar Level 2 support or IT support role. Strong proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems, desktop hardware, and common software applications. Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking principles (e.g., DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+,

Microsoft Certified:

Modern Desktop Administrator, or equivalent are a plus.
