- Must possess the ability to perform all work using an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework for IT activities including IT service management (ITSM) and IT asset management (ITAM) focusing on aligning IT services with the needs of the agency
- Provides customer support in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of computer systems programs, software, and operations to ensure that systems are functioning according to design specifications
- Provides technical support and diagnoses and resolves system problems
- Analyzes and documents users’ functional and data requirements
- Conducts research and analyzes technology information relative to tasking
- Participates in the development of new systems or tailors commercial products to meet user requirements
- Develops and conducts tests to ensure systems meet documented user requirements
- Develops documentation to describe system requirements and use. Analyzes and studies complex system requirements
- Designs software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain analyses and manages their implementation
- Manages software development and support using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, other accepted design techniques, and CASE tools
- Estimates software development costs and schedule. Reviews existing programs and assists in making refinements, reducing operating time, and improving current techniques
- Oversees software configuration management. Specialized experience includes demonstrated use of interactive, interpretative systems with on-line, real-time IT engineering capabilities

Minimum Requirements
Minimum Security Clearance:
Active Secret clearance with Eligibility for TS.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a System Administrator
- Qualified in accordance with DoD Manual 8140.03, “Cyberspace Workforce Qualification and Management Program,” February 15, 2023
- Must have a current DoD 8140 (8570) IAT Level II approved certification (i.e. CompTIA Security+ CE)
- Cybersecurity knowledge and Windows server administration experience including Active Directory, DNS and Group Policy
- Familiarity and experience with Axway Desktop Validator, 90Meter, RSA asymmetric authentication and HID ActivClient middleware applications
- Experience with certificate-enabled applications such as SSL/TLS, S/MIME, authentication, Encrypted File System, Code Signing, etc.
- Demonstrated experience and/or familiarity with one of more of the following: Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVMs), etc.
- Knowledgeable and experience in implementation of applicable of STIGs to secure Windows operating systems, services and applications
- Experience deploying Windows workstations/servers and migrating end-user data
- Understanding of network services as related to Microsoft Windows environment (e.g. DNS, Firewalls, Routers, etc.)
- Strong customer interaction skills with users of all levels
- Effective written and interpersonal communication
