Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison for the Relias LMS, providing technical support and configuring courses, permissions, and learning paths. Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation, ensuring completion of required documentation and training. Create a professional and welcoming experience for attendees. Track and report new hire and recurring employee training, compliance, and certifications, maintaining accurate records in Relias. Collaborate with HR and Compliance to align educational programs with regulatory requirements. Facilitate training sessions, webinars, and skill practice, driving continuous improvement in learning initiatives. The successful candidate will have the proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on high priority projects that require keen attention to detial, superior organizational skills and exceptional communication skills. This candidate must also be comfortable with public speaking and have professional presentation skills.

Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in HR, training development, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years in education, training, or administrative support. Prior experience working with Learning Management Systems preferred. Compensation Range:
