POSITION SUMMARY

This position is primarily responsible fortechnical implementation and on-going support of current systemsapplications used by Citizens. This includes coordinating ITservices such as: administration, monitoring, security,architectural review, and integration efforts to assure initial andongoing system and application availability, reliability andserviceability. The Systems Administrator ? Senior ensures thatsystem and application implementation, administration and on-goingsupport are consistently managed as a service to the businesscommunity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

FOLLOWING ARE THE USUAL, BASIC ANDESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION. THESE FUNCTIONS ARE NOT TO BECONSTRUED AS AN EXHAUSTIVE LIST OF ALL RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES,AND SKILLS REQUIRED.

? Model ethical behavior and execute job responsibilities inaccordance with Citizens core values, ethics, and informationprotection policies. ? Responsible for the availability, reliability, serviceability ofCitizens’ systems and applications. ? Coordinate and perform tasks related to multiple projects. ? Communicate and implement SLA and OLA standards for productionenvironments. ? Perform and document administrative tasks on a regular basis. ? Coordinate system and application configuration & managementtasks. ? Adapt and adjust administrative tasks according to the changingbusiness needs. ? Communicate with business units and assist in quality control ona variety of projects. ? Interface with business analysts to understand businessprocesses. ? Interface with internal customers and departments. ? Provide hands-on day-to-day support to end-users. ? Perform software installation and patch upgrades. ? Coordinate integration services, product updates, change requestsand Tier-3 support. ? Assist in the drafting, evaluation and selection of alternativetechnical solutions. ? Serve as a central contact to follow up on technical incidentsand report findings to immediate staff and supervisors. This wouldinclude maintaining a problem case log and all hardware andsoftware documentation provided during the triage process. ? Maintain accurate documentation on all systems and applicationintegration points. ? Gather, interpret and disseminate system performance reports. ? Maintain a working knowledge of all corporate owned hardware andsoftware. ? Maintain asset records for server and related equipment. ? Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve system and applicationproblems. ? Plan and organize work assignments and prioritize workload.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

? Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 Server OperatingSystems ? Knowledge of Microsoft systems including, Active Directory andExchange ? Knowledge of daily Windows server administration, includingsystem stability, integrity, and troubleshooting ? Proficiency in upgrading of software and hardware ? At least 3 years? experience of Systems Administration inenvironments with at least 50 Windows Servers ? Knowledge of the relevant computer systems, applications andequipment to provide customer support of technical terminology,concepts and applications. ? Knowledge of network protocols including

DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP.

? Proficiency in upgrading various software and hardwareplatforms. ? Ability to configure, install and support new servers. ? Strong analytical and problem solving skills. ? Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communicationskills. ? Ability to establish goals, objectives, and work plans. ?
