Our client is currently seeking a Captiva Application Admin Consultant

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Application Administrator with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in OpenText Intelligent Capture (Captiva), version 23.x or higher. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, performance, and optimization of our document capture and transformation systems.

Key Responsibilities Application Support:

Provide Level 2 operational support for Captiva, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and user assistance.

Installation & Configuration:

Install, configure, and maintain Captiva software within enterprise environments.

Customization & Integration:

Develop and modify Captiva workflows and scripts to meet business needs. Integrate with internal systems.

Vendor Liaison:

Serve as the primary point of contact with OpenText for issue resolution and feature enhancements.

Performance Optimization:

Monitor and tune system performance for reliability and efficiency.

Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.

User Training:

Deliver training and support to end-users on Captiva features and customizations. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience with OpenText Intelligent Capture (Captiva) v23.x or higher – No exceptions.

Strong knowledge of:

Captiva Modules:
