Journeyman, Cloud Systems Administrator CACI is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Journeyman, Cloud Systems Administrator to join our team to support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. Key Responsibilities:
Possesses and applies expertise on multiple, complex work assignments of processes and procedures relative to the development and transition to cloud, hybrid-cloud, and multiple CSPs Supports the adoption, operational transition, and Tier 3 support of cloud services, tools, applications, and supporting services across all CSP and Impact Level (IL) environments in support of

DEV/TEST
environments to minimize risk prior to transition of Cloud Production services Assists with creating, testing, and exercising disaster recovery plans and COOP for all cloud services and workloads Ensures all physical security and cybersecurity requirements are met in the protection of data migrating to and hosted on Cloud Services and all CSSP capabilities, functions, and requirements IAW DoD directives Ensures Cloud Service Offerings (CSOs) are acquired IAW DoD and Federal policy and properly designated for the information IL Participates in establishing initial Cloud SOPs, technical work instructions, and automations supporting standard and elevated user account access, flexible and adaptive resource provisioning, and stand-up and tear-down of IaaS/PaaS/SaaS capabilities Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
Qualifications:
Required:
Must hold an active secret level clearance Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field 5 years relevant experience Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments while supporting multiple projects Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
Preferred:
