KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, AutomationEngineer/System Administrator to join our Business EnablementTransformation Office organization.
Responsibilities:
Support Automation Anywhere – A360 infrastructure, includingon-premises installation, configuration, and troubleshooting Collaborate with developers to resolve bot code issues, andsuggest best designs for automations Manage and monitor Automation Anywhere A360 control room, andclient services daily, notifying the support team of any platformissues Identify and resolve infrastructural issues, includingfirewall, driver, MS Office, and application issues Perform scheduled maintenance activities, such as control roomupgrades and software patching
Qualifications:
Minimum three years of recent experience insupport/configuration of Windows Server OS, Citrix/AVD, SoftwareDevelopment Life Cycle (SDLC), scripting, MS tools, basicdevelopment tools, languages, and best practices Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university incomputer science or a related field Experience supporting on-prem infrastructure, Cloud platforms,or server administration is preferred Familiarity with end-to-end application testing, defectmanagement, change and release management, and escalationprocesses Certified Automation Anywhere Infrastructure is preferred orcan be obtained within the first month of onboarding Demonstrated knowledge and application of automation solutions,which leverage best suited methodologies, practice and experiencewith automation concepts, tools (such as Automation Anywhere, PowerAutomate, Ui Path, or others) and SDLC is preferred Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need foremployment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
