NYSE:
NNN) is seeking an Applications Administrator to join our team on site in downtown Orlando, FL. The person selected for this role will perform the administration, coordination and maintenance on enterprise systems that includes and is not limited to user account maintenance, updates, patches, script execution, data uploads, stored procedures, scheduled tasks, routine processes, user accounts management and reporting. Provide tier 1 support and onboarding services for the enterprise applications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and maintain user accounts in the various applications and systems. Create reports as required on user accounts for audit and other needs. Create monthly change management documentation for review by department heads Generate data sets as requested by internal and/or external auditors Perform and validate routine tasks, functions and procedures across the enterprise applications and systems including and not limited to reports, configuration changes, data tie-outs, updating tables, rules and segment values. Maintain documentation for systems, processes, reporting and procedures. Assist with software and special projects for implementation, execution and reporting. Perform common installations, configurations and updates to end-user computers related to enterprise applications as well as associated systems and services. Provide tier 1 support to address common application issues and how-to uses. General Must maintain work accuracy and timely completion of all tasks Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Associate degree from an accredited college or university and 2-3 years of relevant experience; or high school diploma/GED and 5+ years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
TECHNOLOGICAL PROFICIENCY
Good working knowledge of Windows operating systems and environments Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Outlook, Word, Access and PowerPoint Working knowledge of database concepts and Structured Query Language (SQL) Proficiency in web-based platform technologies such as Microsoft SharePoint or WordPress for intranet/extranet
