Various Shifts Are you ready to step into the role of a Boiler System Specialist, providing exemplary service and adept troubleshooting on customer’s boiler systems? From preventative upkeep to urgent repairs, your expertise will be crucial. Role Expectations Engage actively with clients on-site to pinpoint challenges and recommend practical solutions. Manage projects efficiently, ensuring timely completion and quality. Collaborate with Senior Technicians and provide mentorship to junior employees within the Service Department. Document all day-to-day operations in comprehensive reports. Progress through the Growth Program to further your skills and knowledge. Be available for on-call support, including weekends and non-standard hours, on a rotational basis. Candidate Profile You bring at least 5 years of field experience in the Boiler industry plus a High School diploma. Preference given to those with 10 years of boiler controls expertise. An advanced comprehension of boiler room systems, combustion testers, and control systems is essential. Demonstrate electrical proficiency, handle test equipment skillfully, and update control systems effectively. PLC programming familiarity is advantageous. Show adaptability for overtime or weekend work when required. Holding a valid driver’s license is necessary. Exhibit strong customer service skills and articulate professional communication. Adept at managing time and priorities while maintaining precision.
