Pay Range $67,300.00-$100,900.00 Annual This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus. The primary purpose of the Regional Information Technology Coordinator is to provide project and operational support for regional JM plant locations. The Regional IT Coordinator will provide IT and software technology support in order to meet the needs of the North American JM organization. Each Regional IT Coordinator is responsible for 1 to 4 JM locations in a geographic region.
Your Day-to-Day:
Provide 24/7 support for JM Shipping and Customer Operations software and hardware Configure new hardware and determine ways to apply existing hardware to additional business and system operations Lead IT projects and upgrades at assigned JM locations Manage location level technology evaluation in conjunction with JM’s IT department Train JM personnel on existing and new software/hardware Act as liaison to IT Operations by responding to network, computer, phone and backup systems requests Perform Systems checks on locations legacy systems Work with JM employees and departments on a daily basis to solve various IT issues/tasks which include but are not limited to: Email, user account, computer, printer and network problems Create customized data reporting and analysis for location level systems Provide monthly reports on non-automated processes Respond to after-hours calls/problems Assist Engineering department with Data Historian and annual IT physical inventory Provide support in logic control PLC systems and JM application problems Travel to JM assigned plant locations and provide on-site application and/or hardware support as needed May be required to perform other related duties as assigned What You Bring to the
Team:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field OR a minimum of 5 years of similar experience in a IT role supporting a manufacturing facility Demonstrated computer expertise Demonstrated understanding of single manufacturing facilities and multiple lines/markets Proven knowledge in Desktop and Windows Operating system Expert skills and knowledge related to Windows Server, LAN Switching and Cabling Solid understanding of Process Control Systems Working knowledge of Access Programs and other Office Suite scripts Working knowledge of SAP Fundamental knowledge of inventory management concepts Strong problem-solving abilities Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Moderate travel required 30 – 50 days per year May be required to lift, carry, push or pull up to and including 25 pounds Work environment is typical of an office setting Incumbent must be physically able to perform essential job functions.
