Application Developer Cloud Integration
Provide operational Support for 7000+ jobs across all applications and
environments (including failure reporting) Develop, test, and implement changes, fixes and BAU functional
enhancements to existing jobs and create new jobs if needed. Provide testing support of end-to-end BAU activity for monthly / major
releases. Seek opportunities to reduce number of job failures. Work with functional
team to decommission inactive jobs. Maintain tidiness of the system. Support regular weekly / monthly maintenance activities and planned outages. Support during unplanned outages. Create and run reports in Control-M and ServiceNow for close monitoring of
the incidents. Provide support during the Audits. Maintain up to date support documentation of all jobs
