POSITION OVERVIEW
Bollinger is seeking a dedicated Quality System Administrator with 3 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, preferably within shipbuilding, manufacturing, or a similar industrial setting, and a bachelor’s degree. The candidate will oversee the development, management, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System, including ensuring compliance and maintenance of
ISO 9001
certification.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, preferably within shipbuilding, manufacturing, or a similar industrial setting, with a bachelor’s degree required
Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred OR 6 years of experience in Quality Management, preferably within shipbuilding, manufacturing, or a similar industrial setting with an associate’s degree required Ability and willingness to travel regularly to various company locations in Louisiana and Mississippi SKILLS Thorough understanding of quality assurance principles, practices, procedures, and
ISO 9001
standards
Strong facilitation, verbal, and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support quality system management in compliance with established standards
Assist in conducting risk analyses, solving quality-related issues, and implementing process improvement projects
Coordinate and conduct internal quality system audits across various company locations
Serve as the primary coordinator for audits conducted by external agencies or certifying bodies
