Systems Administrator Position Available In Hampden, Massachusetts

Description We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in Longmeadow, Massachusetts. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage and optimize enterprise-level systems, ensuring seamless operations and robust security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, scripting, and software licensing management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Active Directory, including group policies and user access controls.
• Administer and optimize enterprise-level software packages, ensuring smooth functionality across the organization.
• Oversee licensing management for Microsoft Office 365 and other enterprise software.
• Develop and deploy scripts using PowerShell or similar tools to automate routine tasks and enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate and execute Windows 10 and Windows 11 upgrades across the organization.
• Implement and maintain backup technologies to safeguard data and systems.
• Collaborate with teams to manage cloud-based technologies, including Azure Active Directory.
• Support hardware and software configurations, including CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Autodesk.
• Utilize Microsoft SCCM for system configuration and management.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime and reliability. Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in Active Directory management and group policy configuration.
• Hands-on experience with scripting tools such as PowerShell.
• Familiarity with licensing management for enterprise software, including Office 365.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Expertise in backup technologies and cloud solutions, such as Azure Active Directory.
• Experience with CAD software and enterprise-level software packages.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SCCM for system configuration and deployment.
