Senior level Full Job Description Seeking an experienced Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Administrator/Consultant to manage, configure, and optimize LMS in a regulated (pharma/med device) setting. Responsibilities include system administration , curriculum/content management , module implementation , and technical support . Must have 5+ years CSOD experience , strong troubleshooting , documentation , and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred:

enterprise/global LMS support, HRIS integrations, and familiarity with compliance and validation standards
