Works with local personnel to integre da analytics. Incorpores process improvement based upon knowledge of local organizional philosophy, policies and management principles. Assists clinic managers in forecasting the impact of staff changes and developing countermeasures to mitige the effect of staff shortages on access to care. Makes recommendions to managers regarding allocion of resources, including potential use of community care options. Works closely with clinic managers to formule budget recommendions for all outpient clinical services to alloce all available resources. Interprets policies, make recommendions for local policies, assist managers in defining administrive requirements, and/or provide advice to higher level leadership on reled issues. Evalues and monitors administrive activities and make substantive recommendions for program improvements. Monitors business and clinical analysis recommendions across service lines to determine trends and impact the facility level.
