Systems Administrator
Network Administrator

Added – May-02-2025 Temp-To-Hire Our client, an international manufacturer of construction equipment seeks, a Systems IT Administrator to work in a Production office environment. This is a full time temp-to-hire position. In this role, the Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing operational technology (OT) systems (e.g. hardware/software that controls equipment within a production / manufacturing environment). This role involves ensuring network stability, server management, and integration of data-driven solutions to support efficient and compliant production processes.

Responsibilities:
Operational Support:

 Provide technical support for Operational Technology (OT) systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure continuous production operations.

Network Management:

 Oversee the network infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity and security across all production systems.

Server Administration:

 Manage and maintain servers, ensuring optimal performance and uptime, Patches updates, security.
Support Windows Servers and Cloud Servers

Virtualization:

Manage virtual server performance (VMWare)

Data Integration:

 Implement and manage data integration solutions to enhance production efficiency and decision-making.

Compliance:

 Ensure all OT systems comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Vendor Relations:

 Coordinate with vendors to stay updated on the latest OT technologies and solutions.

Project Management:

 Plan, coordinate, and supervise activities related to the integration of OT programs and applications.

Documentation:

 Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of OT systems, processes, and procedures.
Participation in an on-call support for critical systems may be required

Qualifications:
Education:

 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

 Minimum of 3 years of experience in OT systems management, network administration, and server management.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in network protocols and configurations.
Strong knowledge of server administration and maintenance.
Experience with data integration tools and technologies.
Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements
Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMWare, Hyper-V

Hours:

8:00 am – 5:00 pm
