Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Systems Administrator to join our team in Asheville, North Carolina. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the stability and security of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud-based systems, endpoint management, and automation tools.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage cloud technologies, including private endpoint setups and integrations with third-party vendors.
- Configure and maintain Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPO) to ensure secure and efficient system operations.
- Implement and monitor endpoint security and protection strategies to safeguard organizational assets.
- Utilize Microsoft Power Automate to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Administer Cisco and Citrix technologies to ensure seamless connectivity and system performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical IT issues, including emergency on-site support when required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system configurations and policies.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes to align with best practices.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security protocols. Requirements
- Proven experience in managing Azure cloud infrastructures and private endpoint configurations.
- Proficiency in Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPO) administration.
- Strong knowledge of endpoint security and privacy protection tools.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation.
- Familiarity with Cisco and Citrix technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and provide emergency on-site support as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
