We are a 76-year-old, family-owned retail business in Greensboro, known for our curated mix of premium products — women’s and men’s clothing, jewelry, home décor, outdoor kitchens, grills, furniture, and gifts. We’re looking for a Head Cashier & Customer Systems Specialist to help lead our front-end operations with both warmth and efficiency — and to become our in-house expert on the technology that keeps our store running smoothly. This is more than a cashier role — you will be: A leader on the floor The go-to expert on our customer-facing systems and processes A technical problem solver and trainer

What You’ll Do:

Lead the Front of House Serve as our lead cashier and frontline customer service representative Set the tone for a welcoming, professional, and warm customer experience Master & Support Store Systems Become the in-house expert on our checkout system, loyalty programs, and related store technologies Handle complex transactions: returns, exchanges, loyalty club signups, and special orders Troubleshoot system issues and serve as first-line tech support for the front end Support Store Operations Assist with administrative tasks: paperwork, creating purchase orders, tracking key front-end data Tag and merchandise new products as needed Help maintain a clean, organized, and beautiful store environment Train & Lead Lead by example in customer service and operational excellence Coach and support other cashiers and team members on best practices for both service and system use
