We re looking for a senior-level technical lead to manage enterprise-grade infrastructure focused on Windows Server, virtualization, and related core technologies. This individual will be responsible for leading platform stability, service delivery, stakeholder management, and technical modernization efforts across a large-scale environment.
Required Skills:
Oversee enterprise-scale Windows Server and VMware environments.
Provide expertise in managing Citrix platforms, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Failover Clusters.
Handle lifecycle management: server provisioning, OS/software upgrades, firmware updates, backups, and DR plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data center components including networking, Linux, firewalls, and load balancing.
Deliver on-call coverage for mission-critical systems and be available for escalations during off-hours or weekends.
Lead initiatives in automation, risk mitigation, and knowledge sharing.
Partner with senior stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business goals.
Required Education:
At least a Bachelor s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.
