We are seeking a Business Systems Specialist to join our growing team! This is a dynamic role where you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Position Overview:

The Business Systems Specialist will develop and maintain a thorough understanding of existing business processes and the information/data they require or generate and will leverage technology to build additional systems and processes to better enable business operations and analytics for Synchrogistics and its clients. The Business Systems Specialist supports internal team members by analyzing and troubleshooting network systems, including hardware and software. The ideal candidate will lead a variety of projects to support and improve the organization’s systems and technology. A strong emphasis is placed on Salesforce experience, particularly in an administrator or power-user capacity. The ideal candidate will have hands-on familiarity with configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Salesforce to support business workflows, reporting, and user support.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop specific knowledge of the industry and how systems/IT can be utilized to the advantage of the company’s business strategy and goals Ensure TMS system meets business requirements and goals and fulfills user requirements, Provide day-to-day technical support to employees, clients and vendors for applicable technology systems and applications Develop a proficiency and familiarity with all Third-Party Software Vendors to assist in the management, development, and partnerships with these tools and companies Support managers in business process improvements, implementing best practices and fully utilizing technology system capabilities Interact with stakeholders, customers and technical resources to design, implement and maintain customized system interfaces Create easily digestible report formats and prepare reports for end users

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field required 1-2 years of business systems, IT support, or systems analysis experience required 1-2 years Salesforce experience as an administrator or power-used preferred 1-year minimum of project management experience preferred Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
