Akkodis is seeking a Network Administrator for a Contract job with a client in Morrisville, NC(Hybrid). The ideal candidate will oversee and manage the organization’s network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Rate Range:

$49/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Network Administrator job responsibilities include:
Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
Provide support for Windows, network, database systems, and desktop troubleshooting.
Monitor network performance, diagnose issues, and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.
Maintain and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
Collaborate with other IT teams to support infrastructure projects and ensure seamless integration across systems.
Ensure data security by applying appropriate configurations, updates, and patches to network systems.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in network administration, including Windows and database support.
Strong experience in infrastructure architecture, network management, and troubleshooting desktop systems.
Expertise in maintaining and configuring networking hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls.

Pay Details:

$49.00 to $68.00 per hour
