They will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Windows 11 updates across client environments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the rollout of Microsoft Windows 11 updates for multiple clients, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Coordinate update schedules and communicate timelines to clients
• Monitor update installations, troubleshoot failures, and resolve compatibility or configuration issues
• Perform post-update system checks to verify update success and system functionality
• Provide basic end-user support related to Windows 11 functionality or update-related issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of update processes, system configurations, and client communication.
• Work with internal technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary
• Ensure all systems comply with cybersecurity best practices and client-specific IT policies

Job Requirements Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Microsoft Windows environments, specifically Windows 10 and 11
• Solid understanding of Windows Update mechanisms, patch management, and system troubleshooting
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools and remote management software
• Previous experience in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment is a plus
