Contract Logistics Information Systems Specialist FL-II Position Available In Middlesex, New Jersey

Working in IT at Kuehne+Nagel contributes to more than we imagine. ‎ Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of CL IS solutions for implementation and ongoing projects via execution and supervising systems configuration, first-level support, system and data quality assurance, systems performance reporting, and training of the users in order to achieve CL IS business objectives. Reporting to National CL IS Manager and working closely with CL IS national, regional and corporate teams. How you create impact First level support i.e. error analysis, recovery and troubleshooting in coordination with national / regional team and/or other relevant counterparts IS issue management and resolution follow-up Identify problems and analyze customer/operational needs and offer solutions Cooperation with the regional team to continue developing the program in terms of process optimization as well as reporting on possible problems found Configuration and testing of applications incl. test plan creation Support the execution of EDI Mapping and data flow Preparation of various reports or data analysis with different tools Maintaining data quality Supporting Implementation Projects as a team member Support with SOPs creation for applications integrated Analyze functional gaps, review RFQ and preparation FRS for developments Training and keeping up-to-date the technical knowledge for applications users and IS Specialists Developed guidance and training resources for local super users What we would like you to bring Degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, or equivalent combination of education and work experience 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or 3PL environment 3+ years of experience with WMS or TMS systems such as Blue Yonder, RedPrairie, or JDA 1-2 years of project management experience 1+ years of experience in WMS implementation Strong knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma What’s in it for you At Kuehne+Nagel we strive daily to inspire, empower, and deliver not only to our customers, but also to our colleagues. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
