IBM/INFOR

SystemsAdministrator. The Systems Administrator maintains and supports theintegrity of the operating system environment and various computersystems, by working with Infor XA on ISERIES and with a strongunderstanding of IBM i architecture, commands.

Responsibilities:

Perform system maintenance tasks, such as systems backup, recovery,and file maintenance to promote uptime and efficient performance.

Acquires, installs, and tests system software upgrades and computercomponents. Configure software and resolve technical problems.

Maintains documentation of IT infrastructure and troubleshootingprocedures. Manage Infor XA including user roles, workflows, andtroubleshooting application-specific issues. Assisting users withXA issues

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in information technologyor related field required. 3 to 5 years’ experience with ISERIES 3to 5 years’ experience with Infor XA, with hands-on experience in:

Customer Order Management (COM) Material Requirements Planning(MRP) Procurement Inventory Management (IM) Finance modulesAdvanced planning and scheduling tools In-depth knowledge of XAdata models Troubleshooting system errors SQL proficiency isrequired
