Education/Training:
Associate degree in a Computer/Technology related field normally required; specialized computer/technology training. Skill(s): Proficient reading, writing, and grammar skills; proficient analytical skills and problem-solving ability; thorough knowledge of technology and operations, including PC and server support, data and voice communication, LAN/WAN, network security, Cybersecurity best practices and intrusion detection, firewalls and routers; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills.
Experience:
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in related positions normally required. General Responsibilities Responsible for performing various duties relating to the service levels of the Bank’s technology systems; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments; planning and managing projects and ensuring completion of project objectives; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information. Essential Duties 1. Performs various duties relating to the service levels of the Bank’s technology systems, which the following are illustrative: Install, upgrade, and configure network hardware and software components. Responsible for operating and maintaining the Bank’s enterprise systems, including Windows and network services. Monitor network security and intrusion prevention systems. Ensure that backup, recovery, and security procedures are set up and performed. Perform critical network system troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve incidents. Coordinate with third party technology vendors and other bank personnel to complete needed tasks and projects. Review, analyze and recommend possible improvements to the bank’s systems and procedures. Performs various duties to support routine IT operations. 2. Abides by the current laws and organizational policies and procedures designed and implemented to promote an environment which is free of harassment and other forms of illegal discriminatory behavior in the workplace. 3. Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the Bank’s compliance with all regulatory requirements.

$51,111.00 – $66,000.00 per year
