JobDetails Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experiencedOperational Technology/Systems Administrator to manage and supportautomation systems across multiple manufacturing plants anddistribution centers. This role requires strong expertise in ERPand WMS platforms, as well as a deep understanding of industrialautomation technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer andmaintain automation systems (PLCs, SCADA, DCS, MES) acrossfacilities. Integrate and support ERP and WMS systems (e.g.,Microsoft Dynamics). Troubleshoot and resolve issues related toautomation, ERP, and WMS platforms. Collaborate withcross-functional teams to enhance system performance andefficiency. Plan and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
Create and maintain documentation for system configurations andprocedures. Train and support end-users on relevant systems andtools. Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits forcompliance and optimization. Stay current with industry trends andemerging technologies. Participate in the planning and execution ofsystem-related projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT,Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalentexperience). Proven experience as a systems administrator inmanufacturing or distribution environments. Strong knowledge ofautomation systems and industrial control technologies. Proficiencywith ERP and WMS platforms. Excellent troubleshooting,communication, and collaboration skills. Strong organizationalskills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Projectmanagement experience is a plus. Relevant certifications (e.g.,Microsoft, CAP) are desirable.
