Remote or Hybrid We are seeking a proactive and collaborative IT Administrator to support and enhance our firm’s technology operations. This individual will work closely with our managed service provider (MSP) and internal teams to ensure seamless IT support, equipment provisioning, and license management. The ideal candidate will be forward-thinking, capable of identifying areas for improvement, and comfortable co-creating solutions alongside peers and external partners.

Responsibilities:

Partner with our MSP to oversee day-to-day IT operations, projects, and escalations. Serve as a point of escalation for Advisors and internal users, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution in partnership with our MSP. Manage the procurement, configuration, and deployment of hardware and software for new and existing users. Oversee user access and license management for third-party tools (e.g., Adobe, Zoom, MS365) and centrally managed applications. Identify opportunities to streamline IT processes and enhance the user experience. Collaborate with team members across departments to support ongoing technology initiatives and improvements.

Skills and Experience:

3+ years in an IT Administrator or similar role; experience working with MSPs a plus. Familiarity with SaaS license management and endpoint provisioning.
