• Must know Operating Systems Windows 7 & Windows 8
• This candidate will be on the phone almost all the time so theywill need good customer service skills
• Knowledge of Windows 7 and 8
• AS400 knowledge would be helpful.
• Field incoming help request from end users via telephone andemail
• Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and helprequest tracking tools
• Repairs problems ?in house? with software and hardware
• Install and trouble shoot printers, handheld scanners, laptops,etc.
• Load software packages
• Experience with wireless devices, including setup, installation,repair and troubleshooting
• Zebra printer experience preferred. Qualifications
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of all office products
• Possesses problem solving skills
• 10AM to 7PM Shift
