Description:
Responsibilities:
Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues across a variety of devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile equipment. Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and peripherals. Provide timely responses to help desk tickets and escalate issues as needed. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as updates and system backups. Document technical issues, solutions, and system configurations. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless IT operations and user satisfaction. Follow established IT policies and procedures to maintain security and compliance standards. All other related IT duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an accredited Information Technology program (Associate or Bachelor’s level). Basic understanding of IT hardware, software, and networking concepts. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. ,
