Fort Mill, SC, USA (Onsite) Job description: Manage and oversee the Windows server infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Manage and oversee the Virtualization Environment using VM Ware ESXi Provide advanced support and guidance for Citrix environments Proactive planning and managing Server hardware, OS Upgrades, software drivers, hardware firmware upgrades, Backup – recovery methods and disaster recovery procedures. Managing, installing and troubleshooting Microsoft windows active directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, RDS, Failover cluster and high availability Configure and manage DNS and DHCP Analyze and resolve complex issues to minimize service interruptions and ensure optimal performance. Broad knowledge on all datacenter technologies like, networking, F5, Linux and firewalls 24/7 on-call support for critical systems, including occasional on-premises and weekend work to ensure system reliability and continuity.
