Job Description This position will be responsible for the administration of theorganization’s learning management system (LMS) and/or othersystems used for training/qualification records. The role ensuresaccurate and efficient delivery of training content, managescompletion of training and qualification records, and ensurescompliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Job Profile Tasks/Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain learning pathways and completion timelineswithin the LMS to ensure internal employees and externalcontractors receive appropriate training specific to their role andregulatory requirements. Manage training and qualification records per procedures toensure regulatory compliance. Identify and monitor key data metrics to measure theutilization of the LMS and key capabilities or features and reporton this information to key stakeholders across theorganization. Serve as the point of contact for reports from the LMS toprovide documentation of training compliance and qualificationrecords for audit and regulatory requests. Stay current on new capabilities of the LMS and ensurecontinuous improvement of the system to enhance the user andorganization experience. Support other members across the Training Team in trainingcontent management. Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in allforms of communication. Serve as point of contact on the team for capabilities of theLMS. Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Job Profile Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field or in lieu of degree, at leastfive years of experience in a training environment. Typically, five years of relevant work experience. Experience in LMS administration. Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, or similar content formats. Knowledge of training compliance requirements. General proficiency using various types of databases, learningmanagement system tools, and Microsoft applications.
