Key Responsibilities :
Administers and supports end-user devices , including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Manages provisioning, imaging, and deployment of devices using tools like Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or similar solutions. Monitors and maintains endpoint compliance , including software updates, security patches, and configuration standards. Provides Tier 2/3 support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Implements and enforces endpoint security policies , including encryption, antivirus, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Qualifications & Requirements :
Education:
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
Experience:
Required:
Three (3) years of experience in end-user computing administration, IT support, or desktop management.
Required:
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, Active Directory, and enterprise mobility solutions.
Required:
Experience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, JAMF, or equivalent.
Required:
Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and service desk operations. We are an
