In this role the ideal candidate will be veryresponsive to internal customers ensuring the availability of ITsystems within the facility so that all departments have access tothe information and tools that they need to effectively performtheir responsibilities. WHAT WILLYOU DO
Troubleshoot IT Issues:
Quickly identify and resolve IT failuresto restore services efficiently.
Manage IT Administration:
Oversee patch management, softwareupdates, user accounts, and maintain an accurate inventory of ITcomponents.
Documentation Management:
Provide and maintain accuratedocumentation for all IT systems, to ensure optimalperformance.
Infrastructure Monitoring:
Monitor and maintain our ITinfrastructure, including switches, servers, and clientsystems.
Project Leadership:
Lead IT projects, encompassing newinstallations and modifications of existing equipment and systems,to enhance business processes.
Capital Project Support:
Contribute to the successful deploymentof capital projects as part of a cross-functional team.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive progress within the IT team byactively seeking opportunities to improve our IT practices andpolicies.

Technical Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure andtools.
Troubleshooting Skills:
Proven ability to quickly identify rootcauses and implement solutions.
Administrative Proficiency:
Comprehensive understanding of ITsystem administration functions.
Responsibility:
High accountability for monitoring and managingIT systems in a production environment.
Installation Experience:
Proven experience with newinstallations, modifications, and repairs of IT equipment.
Collaboration Skills:
Ability to effectively collaborate withcontractors, suppliers, facility craftspeople, and corporateresources.contractors, suppliers, and corporate resources.
Communication:
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
