Job Description A client of Insight Globals is looking for a NOC technician to join their team in Birmingham, Alabama for their first shift: Sunday thru Thursday, 7:00am 3:00 pm. This individual will be proactively monitoring the data center and communication networks. You will be responsible for managing tickets and solving issues for internal customers and escalating tickets if needed. Tickets will be resolved according to Standard Operating Procedures as well as developing and maintain new NOC policies and tools. pay range 20-22/hr We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
