NOC Technician Position Available In Jefferson, Alabama

Job Description A client of Insight Globals is looking for a NOC technician to join their team in Birmingham, Alabama for their first shift: Sunday thru Thursday, 7:00am 3:00 pm. This individual will be proactively monitoring the data center and communication networks. You will be responsible for managing tickets and solving issues for internal customers and escalating tickets if needed.
