The Engineering, Integration and Operations team at Leidos currently has an opening for Network Operations Team lead in Huntsville, AL. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience supporting NASA on the AEGIS contract.
Primary Responsibilities:
Leading the NASA Network Operations Center to resolve customer connection problems, expand the network and modernize sustainment tools. Selected candidate will be monitoring trouble tickets and installation activities to drive the network forward with a focus on both modernization and security. The candidate will handle escalations and report network health to the customer on a daily basis. They will delegate functional duties to a team of Network engineers and Computer System Analyst. Approve timecards and host staff meetings to pass down corporate information.
Basic Qualifications:
Must have at least 5 years of enterprise networking experience using Cisco or comparable equipment. Must have
CCNA/CCNP
level knowledge of networking, switches, routers, network authentication, wireless, firewalls, and DDI.
Preferred Qualifications:
Cisco CCNP certification. Experience with Cisco SDA technology, Cisco Stealthwatch, and ZScaller. Experience as a team lead or people manager.
