Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless, and point-to-point networks Respond to network alerts and faults promptly Use tools and reports to identify and resolve issues Document incidents and changes in ServiceNow or similar systems Provide technical support and escalate issues when needed
Requirements:
1+ year of network support experience 1+ year in a service desk or call center environment Familiarity with voice/data circuits and troubleshooting Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.) Strong customer service skills
