Position Overview We’re looking for a reliable, dependable student or tech-savvy professional to join our HelpDesk team during the evening shift. You’ll play a vital role in supporting clients, resolving issues, and learning real-world IT skills — all while working in a beautiful, high-tech office environment. We do not get many tickets afterhours, but this position allows the Team that works during the day to have some time with their Families and Friends for a Work Life Balance. Responsibilities Monitor and promptly respond to incoming HelpDesk tickets or calls, that according to our after-hours policy, receive support or wait till the next business day. Prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve urgent technical issues. Escalate if the issue requires L3 support. Clearly document ticket resolutions and escalate complex problems when needed. Maintain a professional and client-focused demeanor in all communications Manage time efficiently to handle multiple tasks independently What We’re Looking For Currently enrolled student or Tech Savvy person in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits A self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility A genuine interest in technology, IT support, and problem-solving Why Us?
