In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving IT issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver hands-on technical support at client sites, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of workstations, servers, networking equipment, and peripherals. Serve as the on-site extension of the service desk, ensuring seamless coordination between remote and field support teams. Accurately document service activities and communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly manner. Maintain a professional and responsive presence, acting as a trusted representative of our support team. Travel to various client locations as needed; a reliable personal vehicle (preferably a car) is required for transport of self and necessary equipment.
Requirements Requirements:
Strong knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking fundamentals. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently in the field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
