This position is responsible for responding to customer requestsand identifying, isolating and resolving incidents with informationsystem products and services. The Technical Support Technician IIworks under general supervision to provide optimal solutions inmeeting customer needs. The focus of the work is to identify andresolve technical problems in a timely and accurate manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

o Model ethical behavior and execute job responsibilities inaccordance with the client’s core values, ethics, and informationprotection policies o Work with corporate customers in the resolution of technicalissues o Plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments and prioritizeworkload o Keep abreast of emerging technologies o Recognize, identify, isolate and resolve problems withinformation system products and services
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
” Strong knowledge of various user application packages o Knowledge and experience of specific operating systems, networksand platforms o Skill in oral and written communications o Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems quickly o Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and problemresolution o Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers andtechnical staff to resolve problems o Demonstrated customer service orientation and focus
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
o High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) AND o 2 or more years of experience providing technical supportrelevant to position in an enterprise environment o A+ Certification o
MCDST or MCITP:
Windows 7 Enterprise Desktop Support Techniciancertification
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
o Associates Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology orrelated field OR 2 years of relevant experience OR a combination ofeducation and relevant work experience equivalent to 2 years o
