Location:

Pensacola, FL (Hybrid) First week of training period will be conducted Monday throughFriday from 0930

• 1800 EST. Second week of training period will beconducted Monday through Friday from 1800
• 0230 EST.

Hybrid approximately 50%

Duration:

Initial 6 months with extensions

Work Requirements:

US Citizen, GC Holders or or Authorized to workin US Responsibilities Identify trends and monitor network performanceand availability Utilize multiple monitoring applications to ensure optimal systemperformance

• like Logic Monitor, Moogsoft and Dynatrace Respond to alerts and alarms, identifies and corrects problems Create and work on tickets in a service management application andmonitor ticket queues Troubleshoot and escalate incidents and problems Interface with other ETS areas and/or vendors to resolve enterprisesystem outages or periods of reduced performance, in accordancewith established criteria Contact global vendors or contractors (telephone carriers,equipment/service providers) and work with them in combinedtroubleshooting efforts to restore/provide service.

Work with others to update and document technical procedures Maintain, configure, and perform preventative maintenance tovarious network equipment

• switches, routers, firewalls Maintain and configure network circuits at remote sites to includeturnup, turndown, and troubleshooting Perform other related duties as assigned May be assigned to other tasks based on need Qualifications
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge andexperience of enterprise system, network knowledge and terminologyin a Cisco environment Knowledge of LAN/WAN topologies, protocols, and standards toinclude but not limited to: EIGRP, Metro Ethernet, TCP/IP, SDLC,RS232, BGP SDwan knowledge and experience in converting remote sites to SDwanwith troubleshooting ability in a Cisco environment In-depth experience and technical training in WAN/LANcommunications including demonstrated experience installing,configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining Cisco routers andswitches Experience with installation and deinstallation of branch officenetworking circuits, setting up VLAN, WAP, and managing an internaland external ticket queue with vendors Experience in administrative or technical positions thatdemonstrates the ability to interpret and follow, policies,procedures, and instructions Experience that demonstrates dependability, productivity, andaccuracy Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of Service Management Tools and the ability to open,resolve, and document incident tickets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work under pressure (urgent problems, deadlines,changing priorities) Desired Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or theequivalent combination of training, education, and experience CCNA or CCNP certifications Experience in presenting technical solutions and/orrecommendations Knowledge of electronic principles as they relate to diagnosing andtroubleshooting IT system issues Knowledge of technical inter-relationships betweensoftware/hardware and desktop/LAN/Host systems Advanced skill in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues Advanced research, analytical, and problem solving skills Our benefits package includes: Comprehensive medical benefits Competitive pay, 401(k) Retirement plan•and much more!
