Job Description:

As an IT Field Technician working with our client you will be responsible to provide hands on technical support to the division office and surrounding sales and construction sites. Job Description What You’ll Do Remote sales office setups/closures. Remote support of software/hardware for remote sales and construction offices. Network/email account setups User Account Maintenance Active Directory/GAL Maintenance Network password resets Password resets in Newstar/Sales Profiler IT Exit Form Process/Tracking Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) RDP session resets RDP published application setups/troubleshoot/support Mobile Devices iPhone and iPad support Smartphone support Installs Printer installations Network Copier/Scanner support/setup on network MS Office & various software issues Troubleshoot basic hardware issues VPN hardware/software troubleshooting Digital Sales Office support SharePoint document updates/postings Assist with conversions and upgrades as needed Coordinate with Local tech support companies for issues that cannot be resolved via the phone Perform other duties as assigned
