Hours:
7am-4pm School Environment Client would like us to provide to onsite tech support to theSchool to include the following:
- Talk with district regarding test access
- Troubleshoot computer hardware
- Correct and troubleshoot internet issues
- Device performance testing
- Respond to threats and health issues
- On-demand security and compliance
- Hardware diagnostics and warranty repair per school contract withmanufacture
- Provider will provide onsite services, with Remote/technicalsupport from the corporate office as needed to resolve anyescalated issues.
