Up to $27.00/hr We’re seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented L1 Network Technician to support a variety of enterprise-level infrastructure projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, works well independently, and is eager to contribute to high-impact network rollouts and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, access points (APs), UPS systems, and cabling Perform network site surveys and assist in physical installation/setup of equipment indoors and outdoors Follow detailed technical instructions and complete tasks independently while meeting strict project deadlines Collaborate closely with the network engineering team and Level 1 infrastructure services team Maintain accurate, professional communication via phone, email, and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) Manage and prioritize work through the assigned ticket queue to ensure timely issue resolution and service delivery Work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed to support project timelines

Required Qualifications:

2-3 years of hands-on experience in network support or technical field work Strong technical understanding of corporate network infrastructures Experience with equipment setup and troubleshooting (routers, switches, APs, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio for documentation and reporting Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously with strong prioritization and time management skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Additional Requirements:

Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed Strong professional presence, conduct, and grooming in line with company standards No travel expected for this position
