We’re growing and looking to add a Phone Technician with strong experience in voice systems to our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Phone Technician with experience in analog/POTS lines and a working knowledge of Voice over IP (VoIP) systems. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in phone systems who is looking to grow with a company that values innovation and top-tier service.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot analog and POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) lines. Perform VoIP installations, configurations, and support. Work on-site and remotely to support client voice infrastructure. Terminate and test voice/data cables as needed. Provide clear documentation and communicate effectively with clients and team members. Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications:

, specifically with phone systems. Strong understanding of analog voice systems and POTS lines. Basic to intermediate knowledge of VoIP protocols and platforms (e.g., SIP, PBX systems, IP phones). Familiarity with phone system programming, wiring, and testing tools. Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred:

Experience with hosted PBX platforms or VoIP providers. Knowledge of low voltage systems and structured cabling.
