Here’s what you’d do: This role provides technical support Demonstrates professional desktop support history with a variety of platforms/systems/applications and tools. Desktop expertise with all aspects of computer functionality, system operation, and infrastructure Operating system expertise: Windows, Unix/Linux, and Apple Network protocol Perform a variety of duties in support of end users for IT hardware and/or software. Set up and configure PC’s Image loading protocol

LAN/NETWORK

connectivity, and basic network connectivity assessment for troubleshooting or setups Strong ICMS (Install, configuration, move, surplus), and network experience Evaluates and tests software programs to verify functionality according to specifications and standards Demonstrates excellent customer service Extensive job-related MS Office suite and outlook usage Here’s what you’ll get:
