The ideal candidate should possess a strong mechanical background and be proficient in troubleshooting and repairing various equipment. This role will be an In-Shop position for reconditioning machines for resale. As an Install Technician you will also be responsible for delivering and setting up the reconditioned equipment on the Network at the customer’s site. Most importantly you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our equipment and providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment using hand tools and schematics. Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to equipment functionality. Provide field service support, addressing client needs promptly and effectively. Collaborate with team members to diagnose problems and implement solutions. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used. Assist in the installation of new equipment, ensuring compliance with OEM specifications. Utilize computer networking skills to connect devices and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to enhance service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role. Familiarity with Konica Minolta & Kyocera Product Lines Experience with computer networking is highly desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
