You’ll work directly with hardware, perform field support tasks, and collaborate with senior techs as you grow your technical skills. A flexible schedule makes this a perfect role for gig workers, students, or early-career techs. Duties

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of IT systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to analyze equipment performance.
• Support IT-related tasks, leveraging any relevant certifications or skills.
• Collaborate with senior technicians to learn and apply best practices.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify and address potential issues.

Install, troubleshoot, and support networking equipment (routers, switches, access points, cabling) Perform on-site hardware and software tasks Communicate effectively with clients and managers on-site Requirements Basic networking knowledge and field tech experience (formal or informal) Strong smart hands skills (e.g., setup, mounting, running cable, plugging devices in, light troubleshooting) Cordless drill and drill bits Must have a strong background in cable running Networking tools (crimpers, punch-down tool, cable tester, etc.) Ability to interpret schematics and follow setup instructions Reliable smartphone for communication and tracking Valid driver’s license preferred Willingness to travel to client sites Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Why Join Us?
