Network Equipment Technician Position Available In Madison, Mississippi

Job Description As a Network Equipment Technician, you will be at the forefront of the technical operations, handling a variety of tasks to ensure customer communication systems run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include configuring and provisioning network equipment such as VoIP phone systems, routers and switches, with a strong focus on Webex migration projects. You will manage and troubleshoot Cisco routers to maintain optimal network performance and utilize the Meraki Dashboard for efficient network monitoring. We are looking for a hard-working, go-getter personality who is eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges. The ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team, and strong problem-solving skills will be crucial to seeing success in this role. Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential, as you will be creating and maintaining detailed records of configurations and processes.
